Cancellation policy
The cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment must be done so within a 48 hour period of original appointment time. The deposit is transferable to another date/time subject to availability.
Refund Policy on products ( excludes services )
We aim to provide quality products & hope you are happy with all purchases. If for any reason you need to return a product please ensure you understand your rights and our T&Cs below.
Order Cancellation: As you are a consumer and have made an online purchase, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allows you to cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 working days from delivery. For refunds on orders please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for our QC & processing time. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used to purchase. If you have purchased goods which are sealed due to hygiene reasons & seal is tampered with, refunds can not be issued.
Deposits:
We require a deposit to enable us to secure an appointment. Our cancellation policy must be adhered to in relation to deposits.
Fitting Queries & Aftercare Responsibility Policy
At WeaveDiva Hair Extensions, client satisfaction and hair integrity are our priority. In the event that you have any concerns, issues, or queries regarding your fitting, you must contact WeaveDiva directly as soon as possible to arrange an in-person assessment.
Please note the following conditions:

All fitting concerns must be assessed in person. Photographs or videos will not be accepted as a substitute for a physical inspection.

Clients must return to WeaveDiva for assessment before seeking advice, adjustments, or removal services elsewhere.

No third party (including other stylists or salons) should alter, adjust, tighten, remove, or interfere with WeaveDiva-installed extensions.

If a third party carries out any adjustment or removal of extensions fitted by WeaveDiva, all liability and responsibility for the work will be void immediately.

WeaveDiva cannot accept responsibility for outcomes once the original installation has been altered or removed by another professional or individual.
By booking and proceeding with a fitting, you agree to these terms.
What to Do If You Receive Faulty Hair Extensions:
1. Contact Us Promptly:
Please email us at info@weavediva.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your fitting / hair extensions. Include your fitting date and method , a description of the fault, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Please also let us know dates available for you to come in in person so we can assess hair for ourselves .
2. Assessment:
We will remove & return your hair extensions for further inspection with supplier.
3. Return Process:

Please note, the decision from testing is not our own and we can not offer any guarantee you will receive the outcome you desire, but will try our very best to communicate for you. You may be given copied and pasted text from the suppliers to confirm where the fault lies, but we are under no obligation to send screenshots or proof of supplier as this is private to our business. If the issue is taken further to the correct authority, screenshots and evidence can be provided to this organization in protection of the nature of our business.

The supplier will state the timeframe in which the faulty product will be tested to find a resolution usually within 4-6 weeks, this may vary and we hope to have it resolved in the shortest time frame possible.
4. Outcome:
Once assessed and confirmed faulty, we will offer you one of the following:
• A replacement item
• A full refund
• A store credit (if preferred)
Important Notes:
• We do not accept returns for hair extensions which have been, dyed / altered in any way unless the fault was present before use.
• This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows Scottish customers to claim a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods within a reasonable time.
